kane021
Ok i have my tcadmin all installed and auto creating from whmcs but i have a problem. TCADMIN is creating the files via the dedi but then deleting them and instead of creating a user file in the users name it is using a code like C:\TCAFiles\Users\76b437b3-15ae-4bf2-8ed8-276ffb1ff4f3\ instead of say C:\TCAFiles\Users\****\orangebox as it shows in the service config. I have tryed setting up manully via tcamin and it starts to creates folder as above with C:\TCAFiles\Users\a4b106ec-709a-44df-b453-ef69f47039c3 but in tcadmin when it jsut finishs i get Error - The file C:\TCAFiles\Users\****\3\css\srcds.exe does not exist i have scored the forums and looked into tcadmin setups ect everything seems fine but im getting this constant problem Here is a copy of my email i am gettign sent PLEASE help me Task Information Id: 26 User: **** Name: CSS 8 slots owned by **** Run Time: 06/10/2012 10:24:08 (UTC/GMT) Step: CSS 8 slots (1 of 1) Error: The file C:\TCAFiles\Users\****\3\css\srcds.exe does not exist Link: **** Log Details Creating a CSS server for **** on server Master Selected ip ********** and port 27015 Building the command line Searching for a file source Copying directory css Writing the configuration files Configuring the game service The file C:\TCAFiles\Users\****\3\css\srcds.exe does not exist I have replaced ips and usernames with **** in this post for securtiy purposes. Jaggl
i have had the same problem! you have to update the Dedicated Server to the latest Version of V2! http://help.tcadmin.com/Updating "C:\Path\To\TCAdmin\Monitor\TCAdminUpdateTool.exe" 2.0.62.
LFA
This happens when your game files are not complete. Run the game's download script again from C:\TCAFiles\Games. Make sure the exe exists in the game's folder. Then try again.
