Error connecting to Database.

I been following step by step. Maybe a missed one. For some reason I am configing the tcadmin and when I create a Database with TCAdmin Using "Connection Type: .NET Drivers" and I did enter everything and it has Data created and but I get error saying "Error connecting to Database: bad handshake" Here are some photos.

P.S. I use windows 2008 R2
