LFA
Try restarting your server. If it doesn't work create a support ticket with the ip and login to your server so I can take a look.

I cleared my saved password and everything i used internet explorer tried a different pc. But it still ends up showing a password even if i erase it and hit save. Any ideas? LFA
It will always show the ******** even if the saved password is blank. What errors are you getting now when testing the connection?

LFA
Create a support ticket with the IP and login to your server and control panel so I can see what's wrong.
