Anyone help and tell me what I have to do to fix this.

 

Also the .xml files in this thread http://clientforums.tcadmin.com/showthread.php?t=8011 what are they, do i need them, and where do they go.

Not trying to be a jerk but, you need to read the documentation if you do not know what the .xml files are.

Yes I know but I did not setup the TCadmin. Someone else setup the TCadmin and I just maintain the servers. Plus I am not the owner of it.

I still find that a bit of a bad reason, it just means you haven't taken the time to understand the system.

Yea I read that but thats the least of my problems. its the update I am more concerned about.

i have had alot of problems with updating too and i know very well how the config works... i managed to get help from a helpfull member here. if you want my help then please add me om steam or skype
