Custom New menu

It would be nice, to add an option, to insert new custom menu items with custom hyperlinks, to the existing menubar.

 

I would insert a link, to the billing page, for now i could insert to the header of the page, since, it's customizable.

But it would be nice, to have it (or more of them ) in a seperate menupoint, like "Userful links".
