davey13
Hi, I'm trying to setup the automation process in WHMCS, as in the manual subscribed i downloaded and configurated the tcadmin_advanced module. When creating a service i get the following error: Module Command Error No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://cp.mydomain/billingapi.aspx When checking to logs of the master server (BillingApi.LastCommand.log) i cannot find anything related to the issue. Also the last date when the log has been editted was 25-06-2013 (that was yesterday) The logs includes the details of a customer, but not the test account (what i've created temporary in WHMCS). Any advise? Kind regards, Davey
Raizio
Be sure the webhost(where your WHMCS is) has port 8880 opened to the IP of TCAdmin master server.
davey13
Thank you for your reply. The server has been configurated as a domain, so basically i do not have to add the port. I even tried it with adding the port. without a succes Kind regards, Davey
davey13
While trying around abit i found out, that if i replace the hostname by the ipaddress (including port) whmcs say's that the service has been created succesfully. When looking into the users @ tcadmin i can see that there is not a new user... Checking the logs: Searching for user with billing id 2 User was not found. A new user will be created. New user name is random with billing id 2 and owner id 2 Set role id to 4 Created task with id 293. Even the log say's that a new user should been created... looking once again into the user screen and there is not a random user... any tips? Raizio
Check the scheduled tasks in Settings(General settings?) The status of the creation should be there.
