Web console not loading

Some of my users have a problem with the console, meaning that they do not show anything. The page stays blank. If I connect to their server and watch the console, to me it works perfectly. The problem is on their side.

 

Is there any solution for this?

Depends on the game, some games have a log file instead of actual screen.

They are probably running Malware Bytes for an AV which blocks web console (and quite a few other things) or similar software.
