Template Eror Importing?

Hello i get The virtual directory security is not available. When i try to upload a theme. How can this be fixed?

I was having the same issue, the way I resolved this is just creating a new theme, going into the directory manually via SFTP or FTP with root access, then replacing the files with your .zip that you exported, and it should just update the theme, it's basically importing it manually. Try that and let me know if it works, it worked for me.
