Hi,

I just want to know if anybody has experience running an external bf2 voip server. I know it can be run in console mode, but how do I make that run in a service mode so my server desktop doesn't have to be open all the time.

Thanks.

Most people simple create a seperate game config for it and run it as a seperate application alongside the game server, since it has a seperate exe file that can be used..

I think the best results are obtained by running instances on a seperate machine apart from the game machine. It seems if you run them on the same machine as the game servers, it seems to have issues.

Then you can simply point it back to the gameserver IP etc... in the config files.
