Changing Default Variable

Hello everyone,

 

I have a quick question that is driving me crazy.

 

For a Game Server I created I have a default variable setup called "MaxMemory" and I selected the "Max memory" option, so that it will show as the memory limit in live stats. That works just fine.

 

The problem is I don't see how to update or even set the variable from anything other then the default when creating a new serve or updating an existing host. I thought maybe creating a configuration editor page that access this variable might work, but I don't wan't the user to have access to it since its more of an internal variable that I control.
