Cannot Upload JARs

Hello, people are unable to upload JAR files via FTP. I did disable uploading executable files during installation but I can't seem to find a way to enable it again.

 

Can someone assist please?

 

I did find on a tcadmin guide it said go to settings -> plugins but I do not have a plugins section.

Jar isn't exactly an executable is it? At least not in the way I have minecraft and such set up.

 

Check the file permissions, maybe the extension is blocked by tcadmin for the game.
