Ericode
Hello, For the most part I have everything set up correctly but I can't figure out how to fix this two errors. Error: No results were returned. Check your TCAdmin logs. URL used: http://url.com/billingapi.aspx Error: Curl error: Couldn't resolve host 'http' Url: http://HTTP://http:///billingapi.aspx The second error I am not sure how to add my url to it. Would someone be able to help me fix this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Also, when I vist url.com/billingapi.aspx it says Visit http://help.tcadmin.com for help. Raizio
I have assigned IP blanked out; However that might not be the issue. Hostname has to resolve to the same IP that you have filled in. Also make sure that the webserver hosting whmcs has port 8880 opened in firewall. Outgoing mainly.
Ericode
I sent you an email about further support. The port is opened and I am not sure what could be causing this. Mind if you take a closer look?
Dennis
We've had this issue before. Restarting the master seems to fix the problem in some cases.
