Raizio
Don't quite see a hard error. Try another map? What do you get if you try to join the server?
Dennis
That's errors from the map.
flanknet
So I tried another map and I'm still getting the same errors. When I try to connect to the server, it times out. I reinstalled, and now I'm getting a PID ( 0 ) error.

Dennis
System Requirements - Windows Garry's Mod and other source games need tweaking to work on Windows Server 2012. If you plan on running source games Windows Server 2008 is recommended.

Dennis
Try creating a Minecraft server (or similar) on the same IP and try to connect to it. If you still time out, the IP is the problem.
