Error: Converting SQLite Database to MySQL

I am facing issues with converting from SQLite to MySQL.

The steps that I followed are just these:

I made an empty DB, went to: General Settings > Tools. "Convert SQLite Database to MySQL"

 

Filled in my:

MySQL Server

MySQL User

MySQL Password

Database Name

And "Load statistical data" is checked.

 

This is the error that comes up:
