Strange issue, cannot stop or reboot

Our clients on our new slave machine cannot stop or reboot their server, the server just doesn't receive the command from TCAdmin. At first the console shows Unknown command "reboot" then it just doesn't show anything.

Anyone got any ideas?

Verify if the version in the remote servers is the same as the master.
