You've set the WHMCS part wrong.

Just make it 5 as an option, not 5 slots.

In WHMCS, you should use this: 5|5 slots

 

The '|' character works as a way to show other data to your customers than what's being sent to TCAdmin. TCAdmin doesn't know what the value "5 slots" is, but it does know what "5" is, when you send information on how many slots the service should have. The customer will only see "5 slots" when selecting.
