  1. Yes its HL2. I can query the server from tcadmin but rcon commands refuse to work in tcadmin. Is RCON only suppose to work via in game console ? **EDIT** In Game RCON works. Only hlsw or via the tcadmin panel it doesent work
  2. disabled all firewalls. Cannot get rcon to work on localbox either using hlsw
  3. Hello all, Im having an issue on all my boxes where RCON fails to work. Has anyone experienced this ? +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 66.185.21.57 +set net_queryPort 27017 +set net_masterServerPort 27016 +set net_port 27018 +set net_authPort 8766 +set sv_config server.cfg +set sv_maxclients 10 +start_map_rotate Results: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 66.185.21.57:27020

  6. I see some companies selling 12 slots ? Im guessing those 4 slots are for spec mode only ? is spec mode only available via VS mode ? Just wondering what cvar or cmd command will enable or disable spec mode ? If I just add -maxplayers 12 compared to -maxplayers 8 can I achieve this result ? thanks

  10. will this fix the issue of the server crashing when full ? I'm renting out 3 with the same issue. Server crashes when full or almost full
  11. Do you mean in the tcadmin game setup ? cause i dont see that option in the FC2 .xml config
  12. im also having a firewall issue.   13. yep command line works but my cpu is at 20% idle, lol what a joke. Also I cannot specify multihome IP. Im limited to using the master IP so I can only run 1 instance of the server per physical box. sad sad sad

  16. Were starting to get requests for this game, is anyone going to be hosting it ? Any word on dedicated server package or command line configs ? I just posted in Activision forums about this also.
  17. why would you want to start turmoil in the first place by saying you have a command line syntax and not show it. You should expect negative comments.
  18. gameservers.com will not be offering this game, and after carefull thought neither are we, to many headaches. Can you imaging the size of the patches that are gonna come out lol. its gonna be like those 1.5G patches MOH Airborne came with. This game is uterly useless and way overhyped. I just played 3 hours of Single Player and im very dissapointed, players are like stickmen, textures are horrible, takes like half a clip on an AK to kill someone. ill just wait for COD5 as the next and upcoming.
  19. what parameter do you use to specify an IP address in the .ini file ?
  20. Anyone know if you can bind server instances to IP addresses ? As it stands now I can only bind to the primary IP therefore only run 1 server per box. thanks
  21. are there standalone dedicated server files available or do you have to copy the complete game folder to run the dedi server ?
  22. Anyone experience this ? Also anyone give me a quick lowdown on how to get qstat setup ? Does it have anything to do with TCADMIN ?
