Hi I want to ask you if you allow user to change +exec line in Cod4. I ask it because there are "2 kind" of mods in this game. 1) Mods without server.cfg. You just need to set +fs_game Mods/folder and play 2) Mods with custom server.cfg. The cfg starts with mod so you simply need to set +fs_game Mods/folder to run mod & custom server.cfg together. Now i've one user that is asking me to add +exec parameter in command line changer. I don't get the reason. He's running the mod with its server.cfg using +fs_game parameters. Why he need +exec parameter?

Hi all Every 3-4 days i receive emails from users where they ask me if i can host Trackmania gameservers. I've no problem running this title but the things that make me mad are the *extra* contents you need to run this kind of game What am i talking about? Remotecp, Xaseco, Mysql, php, Apache and so on Are we game service provider OR web hosting provider? To run one single TM gameserver i need to install and configure tons of softwares not directly related to game. Finally I decided to stop with TM servers hosting because i was boring with "webmaster" stuff Why dev-teams release half-done games? I think it is not my job to care of it. I wish me to know your opinion about that

Incredible now i've 2 TMNF servers. I don't know how, i did the same things but now it is working Now my only problem is gamecompatibility... how to check slot numbers, brand text and so on?

Results? Always the same There are 2 errors. First is game config not present. I'm using this server version http://www.gamershell.com/download_33952.shtml It seem to be that i miss some files... should i download all game? Don't think so. Second error is login. I've created 3 game account and server can never login with my login+pass+key. Maybe it's related to first problem. No way to run TMNF gameserver. This is the situation. I hope you can help me. Yes, the problem is that i can't find it. In taskmanager is running Trackmaniaserver.exe with 7800K memory. Is it normal? This is my cfg Note: my path is C:/..../GameInstalls/TMN/TMN/

Thanks for reply me. Now i'm trying to run this server with TCA but i don't know how can i see if server is running. I've trackmaniaserver.exe in taskmanager but i can't see it in game. What about game-compatibility?

Hi, i can't run TMN server with this cfg. I run it manually. I got these errors: no config file, no servername, no mathcsettings and invalid login. I don't know how to run this server.

I think i've done a big mistake disabling exe restriction but now is fixed. I've also others IP. Now, to be sure that i've no more cracked server, i think is better if i reinstall ALL COD4 gameserver. Thank you very very very much for support you save me

Yes this is the problem. I need to protect iw3mp.exe file. I can't discover if server is cracked because i know that the original exe and cracked exe have the same size (right?). Anyway I've discovered cracked server (2 gameservers) because server name was ]tag[ clan CRACKED. Now for these 2 server all the other gameserver are banned. Now i'm going to protect the exe file. I need to protect only iw3mp.exe right? P.S. I'm waiting PB to reply my ticket. I've another server IP. Can i add this new IP in to TCA? I'm trying but no results

Thanks. In /GameInstalls/.../base/ there is no server.cfg. There are only match.cfg and public.cfg.
