Valve released a TF2, DoD:S and HL2:DM update at 9:01pm so their content servers are getting hammered. Which is why your download failed.

I cant get my server to start either with tcadmin, unless i remote in and start it with a .bat file.

You guys downloaded the server files via hldsupdatetool?? Make sure you have directx installed and the c++ files 2005 and 2009 that are in the binaries\win32\support folder. -
