It is due out pretty soon. However it appears to be another ranked game, so I don't think there will be much of a market for unranked servers.

Not quite sure what to tell you. I know 100% the query works as I have tried th status command in the demo panel server we have running and I get a response. If you like, you can put in a ticket with your panel URL and login details and one of us can take a look at it.

You have a space in the TC number. Not sure if that is a typo, but it would cause a problem.

Make sure you create the C:\Gameinstalls\COD4 folder on the server and put the game files in there.

Double check that you have the query port set the same as the game port in the config. And also make sure nothing is blocking the port such as a firewall or anti-virus.

I tried the rcon on our demo servers and they work. What commands are you running? I was simply doing status.

Those master server lines were added since I found them in another COD4 config on another website. They may not be needed, but I figured better safe then sorry.

Supposedly the game does not have a playelimit. The slot limit is as much as your server can handle.

Looks like this game is going to be a big seller. Many servers up, and many pre-orders from what I hear.

Haven't gotten that far with it yet myself. May be an issue with the game. Might want to post over in IW's forums. They may know better.

This is why you should never post a config unless you have verified it first. Everyone needs to calm down and take a breath. The game doesn't get released until tomorrow, and most people will not even have the game until afternoon time. There are already 30 servers up and not more than 3 have players on them, so don't be so worried about having the first server up. Take you time and make a correct config when you have the game files, then test it properly.

Try checking the Ovewrite if exists box in the import section.

The server configs were released early by IW. I doubt anyone has any actual servers up yet. You can probably take parts of all those configs and make one if you wanted. Those configs are laid out nicely though. And I am sure you can use different ports if you like. The layout looks very similar to COD2.
