I have just installed this game on my Linux/Ubuntu dedi using this cfg (Thanks Dennis) and it seems to be working. TCAdmin shows it as running and so does gametracker but i do not own the game so i cant join it to check it unfortunately. Thanks for the post ECF but i see a lot of requests but no cfg's. I initially made the post because my dedi is Linux and was not sure if the game runs without wine or not (don't really want to install wine) but if that is the only way it will run then i guess i will have to do it that way. If anyone can shed a little more light on this i would greatly appreciate it but if its not worth the trouble il tell my clan members its not worth it. Thanks in advance

If you have a non profit license and you have not used it for a while it may have expired so you need to either renew it or apply for a new one..... assuming they have not cancelled your account?

Hi, Came across this issue after updating my TCA. There were two updates so i did the first one which updated it to 2.0.99.0 then i tried to update it to the latest one 2.0.100 but i get the error in the picture. https://gyazo.com/cdb7c23b63cc711b678ba492c44fa4b5 It is a Linux dedi, Ubuntu 16.04. I have tried restarting the monitor and the rebooted the box but still get this error and has only done it since i updated it. Everything else seems to be working fine. Thanks for the explanation about the ports guys I have included my Ark cfg, only thing is i forgot i changed it to run TheCenter but it is a fully working TCAdmin Linux cfg, just tweak it to suit. Regards, Excel. ark - Linux.xml

I managed to get a linux TCAdmin cfg working for ark from a windows one from this site without too much trouble. You can gladly have it if it helps you out. I did notice in your post above the port given, shouldn't it be 27015 rather than 7777? I thought only steam reports the port as 7777 but i'm a newbie myself so i might be wrong.

Hi Gary, Thank you so much for all your help but i did indeed contact support. It was such a simple fix in the end, maybe it was a fault there end i do not know but all i had to do was put in terminal /home/tcadmin/Monitor/updatetool 2.0.99.4 which enabled me to progress with the TCA wizard. Cheers Gary, this is what putty is showing when i try cd /home/tcadmin/Monitor ./monitor-service status ./serviceman-service status https://gyazo.com/7dcfc38be35e5d4e84aaf069157b1536 So i guess it is working just cannot authenticate the trial key via Firefox...... could an invalid key cause this issue as i have tried this key so many times but it doesnt expire until 14/08/2016? I did infact forget to enable logging but from what i saw there where no errors reported in Putty apart from something for teamspeak which i havent installed yet which is confusing or is this a normal output? https://gyazo.com/7ccc908a83fb7972c20f1ffc57c056c6 As you can see Putty is reporting that TCAdmin is running although whether or not it actually is i have no idea as i wouldnt know how to check via terminal, so thats why i am thinking it may be another issue maybe, something stopping Firefox? Hi Gary, I have tried again with your new code, Putty is reporting TCAdmin monitor and services are running but i cannot login through firefox, i get this error message still https://gyazo.com/ab00ab0edae18ed7b2cda0f760277c46 On a side note your install.sh package will not run/unzip (can't remember exactly what it said now sorry) Just to be clear though when i entered all lines in to putty i didnt get any errors this time which is making me think it is a different problem now? Hi Garry, Thanks for the reply. I tried it again with your amendment and it did indeed install more but i noticed on step 5 the line that says "cp -r /opt/mono-2.11.4-back/ opt/mono-2.11.4/" Putty returned a "could not create directory" error? I tried the above but it didn't work for me (Ubuntu 16.04 minimal) When trying to setup TCAdmin i can login, select install master server, enter details and i get this error https://gyazo.com/272d33be4de9ea87458b06986a72534b I think it has an issue with mono, says it cannot install it but when i check by SSH i can see the folders and files.
