windows/linux [Official] Minecraft (Automatic Java Version - Multiple Mods)

hey so im trying to put my server mods for minecraft 1.20.1 version and its not making the mod file when i started the service and not making mod folder and im also running it thru curseforge and its not getting the mods list to download into the server and i look into everything to see what i can do to have it work -
im tryina start a Minecraft but its not seeing the modpack i made for the server and it installs but then shows theres no mods in this folder when i did everything i researched to put it in and its just very frustrating rn also i changed the java version to java 17 cuz of 1.20.1 requires it and i also tried the java 21 to see and still shows nothing and idk how i can put the mods in individually to start it with so i am asking for assistance to start the service on here from a buddy
