Launch the server manually, outside of TCAdmin, on the server itself.

See what error you get.

because it does not work in tcadmin? the idea is that can be done automatically

 

 

 

manually run the server by running

C:\TCAFiles\Games\cod4\iw3mp.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 131.221.32.122 +set net_port 28960 +set sv_maxclients 32 +set sv_punkbuster "0" +exec server.cfg +map_rotate

and it works! but not for the tcadmin

Check the service manager log, maybe it says something in regards to starting server.

Is that the exact same command line as TCAdmin is trying to execute?

this is the command line to run manually, but the tcadmin not raise the executable from the system

Your should check the following manual commandline:

C:\TCAFiles\Users\Admin\8\cod4\iw3mp.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 131.221.32.122 +set net_port 28960 +set sv_maxclients 32 +set sv_punkbuster "0" +exec server.cfg +map_rotate

 

The above commandline you posted was calling the game from the wrong directory. C:\TCAFiles\Games\cod4\. This would be the copy from directory. Not the actual user directory.
