Raizio
Launch the server manually, outside of TCAdmin, on the server itself. See what error you get.
gamernet
because it does not work in tcadmin? the idea is that can be done automatically manually run the server by running C:\TCAFiles\Games\cod4\iw3mp.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 131.221.32.122 +set net_port 28960 +set sv_maxclients 32 +set sv_punkbuster "0" +exec server.cfg +map_rotate and it works! but not for the tcadmin
Raizio
Check the service manager log, maybe it says something in regards to starting server.
Dennis
Is that the exact same command line as TCAdmin is trying to execute?
gamernet
this is the command line to run manually, but the tcadmin not raise the executable from the system 07/27/2015 10:33:39 System System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The media is write protected at System.Diagnostics.Process.StartWithCreateProcess(ProcessStartInfo startInfo) at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start() at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.WindowsProcessController.KillByIpAndPort() 07/27/2015 10:44:46 System System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 3184 is not running. at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId, String machineName) at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId) at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.WindowsProcessController.Start2() 07/27/2015 10:50:24 System System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 3304 is not running. at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId, String machineName) at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId) at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.WindowsProcessController.Start2() 07/27/2015 10:56:11 System System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 1408 is not running. at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId, String machineName) at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId) at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.WindowsProcessController.Start2() 07/27/2015 10:56:32 System System.InvalidOperationException: Process has exited, so the requested information is not available. at System.Diagnostics.Process.EnsureState(State state) at System.Diagnostics.Process.get_ProcessName() at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.ProcessController.GetModuleSaveInfo(Process p) at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.WindowsProcessController.Start2() 07/27/2015 10:57:35 System System.ArgumentException: Process with an Id of 3368 is not running. at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId, String machineName) at System.Diagnostics.Process.GetProcessById(Int32 processId) at TCAdmin.ServiceManLib.WindowsProcessController.Start2()

ECF
Your should check the following manual commandline: C:\TCAFiles\Users\Admin\8\cod4\iw3mp.exe +set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 131.221.32.122 +set net_port 28960 +set sv_maxclients 32 +set sv_punkbuster "0" +exec server.cfg +map_rotate The above commandline you posted was calling the game from the wrong directory. C:\TCAFiles\Games\cod4\. This would be the copy from directory. Not the actual user directory.
