i'm a new user, and a new client.

 

i try TCAdmin as 'user' with APEX. i like it !

 

i go then to the TCAdmin Website and i try the AdminDemo, it was just awesome.

 

BUT there is a lot of "explanations" to use it. but all of it is complicated !

 

TCAdmin is so so nice. but there must also be an Arabic version.

And Also, u have to create a channel on YT maybe and start filming explanations clearer.

 

i repeat, TCAdmin is awesome !! but need more, like livechat (for clients only ) and things like this.

Sorry. I forgot to mention also it's complicated as 'Admin' not as 'User'. as 'User' it's convenient and easy to handle.

Livechat? You can get that with your billing system usually.

Luis is pretty fast to respond if you send in a ticket. He helps with alot of stuff and clears alot of questions up. However im not sure hes gonna sit there and help with every single question and game question.
