krazos
Hi, So one of our customers wants another customer to take ownership of his server. We can move it in WHMCS, no problem. However "N.B. Moving a products/service between clients within WHMCS will not have any affect on the account on the server. " http://wiki.whmcs.com/Products_Management#Moving_a_Product.2FService_to_another_Client How do you, step by step, move a server in both WHMCS and TCAdmin? For instance, how do you create this new TCAdmin user, manually or through WHMCS in some way..? Thanks in advance.
ECF
1. Create the new user in WHMCS. 2. Create the new user in TCAdmin. 3. Open the service settings for the game server in TCAdmin and change the owner to the new user that you created in TCAdmin. 4. Change the Billing ID in TCAdmin to the new Billing ID created in WHMCS. Save the changes.

ECF
When you save the service settings I think it will prompt you to restart the service.
Raizio
Saving service settings inside tcadmin does not give you any prompt whatsoever.

Save the changes. It doesn't prompt you if you change the owner through the Service Settings. However, clicking the 'Actions' tab will allow you to Change Owner, which indeed opens a prompt
