TC Admin won't update

Good Afternoon All,

 

I am having a problem updating TC Admin to the latest beta version. It continues to give me an error saying Duplicate column name custom_port_6.

 

I am guessing this is a database issue but after searching the database I am at a loss as to what is exactly going wrong and where to look to fix it.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Good Afternoon Raizio,

 

I lodged a support ticket with TC Admin and they provided me with a command to run as seen below.

 

Start the monitor in console mode and paste this command in the console:

 

sql update tc_info set value='100' where name='TCAdmin.DBVersion';
