[cbl]EternalSoldier
Hi guys, im with clanbaselive, we have a issue with one of our remote servers losing connection to the main, when we try to restart tc it can not connect, and just keeps trying to connect. But if we restart the remote server then restart the monitor every thing works fine for a alittle while then it drops connection again some times within a hour to 5 yours. Any ideas whats causing it to lose connection and cant be restarted unless restarting the whole server. other than that the main is working and so are the other remotes. The server hasnt gone offline we've checked with the provider and it is always accessible from remote access.

ECF
Sounds like the default IP you set in the panel for that remote machine is not the actual default IP on the server. Put in a ticket and we can have someone look at it for you.

ECF
What is the ticket number?
LFA
I did respond to the ticket. I told you to try connecting to the master using telnet or to use the server's internet explorer to browse any website. When this happens usually it's not TCAdmin. It's the whole server that can't make any outbound connections. That is why it works when you restart it.
