CSGO AutoUpdate

Is it possible to get CSGO to auto update with tcadmin, ive seen the method with the file and -autoupdate flag and wondering if that works or if it causes issues.

I always thought that -autoupdate only worked for Linux, maybe that's different now.

But in general we use the Steam Update task feature in TCAdmin itself.

You can set this to run every day, at like 7 am per example.

You can even have it check if there's any players in the server.

If so, it won't run or wait until it is empty.

Raizio, yeah I have TCADMIN on linux. The issue with that is it could go a day without updating and when they have an update people wont be able to join cause players autoupdate and the server is old version.
