Game server stats

I am having a problem with 4 of my remotes not collecting the "Average CPU Usage" and "Average Memory Usage" at reports_gameserver.aspx But they are being recorded fine at reports_server.aspx This is working fine on my master and other remotes.

 

 

 

The tc_service_performance table for these game servers is showing "0" for AVERAGE_CPU and AVERAGE_MEMORY.

 

 

 

Should I try reinstalling the remotes on these?

 

 

 

Any ideas as to where else I should look?

Create a support ticket with the link and login to your panel and remote desktop access to one of the servers so I can see what's wrong.
