Yes you can change the allowed file type for ftp. Can't remember the step by step instructions Google file type tcadmin should tell u. Sorry couldn't be much more help

I don't think that's gonna happen.

I mean I suppose you could.

 

You'd have to disable the internal ftp.

 

Setup pureftp on every server and make sure every user can use their tcadmin account and only be able to reach their own folder/server. Not to forget sub users too.

You can try automating that at every user/service creation.

 

I think you will run into many hurdles on the way and it might not even be possible in a decent way.
