Lock customer use

Catch customer use when any operator is making any changes.

 

For example, in a button on the actions tab. You end up eliminating some problem that may occur to the customer trying to make some change with you.

Doesn't change the fact that it's annoying having to tell a 13-year old kid to stop touching anything over and over again. Some of them simply just can't understand anything and are too impatient.

 

 

A feature that disables actions from the client would really be appreciated.

We will call it "Terminate Client"

You can write a script to set the server to processing status, and another to change it's status back - using a variable to store old status.

 

You would need to also write python scripts to start/restart/stop the server, and set it back to processing each time that completes though.

But that would also disable the server for any admins. If troubleshooting needs to happen in TCAdmin, it's very difficult on a server you can't interact with

Why not use the Change Owner option in the Actions section of the server?
