eirsik
Hi, So I have a strange issue with WHMCS and TCA. Creating Mumble Voice servers manually through TCA panel works just fine. But when using the WHMCS module it is not. WHMCS is telling me "successfully created service" when I run the module. The TCA api logs shows "09/13/2018 14:00:36 195.201.146.xxx: Action: AddPendingSetup" Checking the scheduled tasks, there is no pending setup however. When using WHMCS to provision game servers, it all works like a charm. There is no error in the logs, checked all the logs and only the API log mentions the Voice server. Here is the full API log. 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: - - - - - - - - - - 9/13/2018 1:58:28 PM - - - - - - - - - - 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: package_id= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: role_id= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_user_package_id= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_user_package_id= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_additional_arguments= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_additional_slots=0 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_additional_slots=0 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: ts_user_package_id= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_upload_quota= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: client_package_id=20 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_slots= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_password=4x3i12pYLy 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_package_id=20 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_package_id=20 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_private_password= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_download_quota= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_id= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_name=Eirikxxx 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_private= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_branded= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_datacenter= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_hostname= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: client_id=1 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: package_package_id=20 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_id=20 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_private= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_datacenter=1 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_hostname= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_rcon_password= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: voice_private_password= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: skip_page=1 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: game_rcon_password= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: function=AddPendingSetup 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_fname=Eirik 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_lname=Sikveland 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_address1= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_address2= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_city= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_state= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_zip= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_country=US 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_phone1= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_phone2= 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: response_type=text 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: tcadmin_username=********** 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: tcadmin_password=********** 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: user_email=xxx@gmail.com 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: Accepting connection. 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: Action: AddPendingSetup 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: Searching for user with billing id 1 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: Found user name Eirikxxx with billing id 1 and owner id 2. 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: Sending response... 09/13/2018 13:58:28 195.201.146.xxx: returncode=0 returntext=Eirikxxx errorcode=0 errortext=
Raizio
Just to be sure, you are running Linux? Because 20 is for Linux, 19 is for Windows. Mumble wise that is.
