24play1
Error: There are no servers available with the files for this game. Please contact your game server provider with this error message. I get this occasionally ( I posted in the modernbill section already but think its supposed to be in here so apologies for double post.) Can someone please tell me why this crops up occasionally as its starting to become a major annoyance.
ECF
It means exactly what it says. The API cannot find any servers with those game files availible on them so it can't install to the location that the user specified during signup. Thsi could be caused by the servers in that location reaching capacity eg. the CPU threshold has tripped, or maybe a game has been tagged with a service level that doesn't match the service level on the server that it is attempting to install to. 24play1
This game installed fine the other day cpu hasn't reached its threshold or maybe a game has been tagged with a service level that doesn't match the service level on the server that it is attempting to install to. (not sure what this means)
ECF
In the server settings you can specify a "Service Level" eg. 0,1,2 etc... This will correspond with the service level settings that you assign in the tcadmin attributes within Modernbill. It's meant to seperate special services like Ventrilo or particular games and only install them to certain servers with the same service level type. dane@24-play
the problem is with teamspeak, for the tcadmin_voice_id setting in modern bill, in a Multiple Select Menu if someone selects (wants) teamspeak with game server, the value is set to TEAMSPEAK, but if they say no, the value is set to "0" as null isnt allowed in the Multiple Select Menu is there a possible value this can be set to (so it doesnt create teamspeak server when creating a game server) and doesnt cause and error, as at the moment i have to edit the database manually and change the value from "0" to "" (nothing)
ECF
If you only have one option then why are you using a multiselect list for the add-on? Make it a checkbox with one add-on called "Add teamspeak" and set the add-on variable to TEAMSPEAK. If the client doesn't check it then nothing gets sent to the API. dane@24-play
yah good point , somone else installed and setup Mb, will test with check box (though it would set the val to -1 or somethin, didnt think would not set a value) n1 for fast response
ECF
If nothing is selected for the variable it should send it blank.
