any help please to understand why Arma3 workshop download mod failed ?

All the rest work correctly

adding my steam credentian instead of anonymus fail in the some way

U need a steam account for arma.   Must own arma

And it occasionally happens. Can just be a a issue with steam itself also. Had similar issue. Lasted about an hour then was working fine after

There is a way in tcadmin 2 to let's customer insert his steam credentials ?

There could be a way. If you were to bypass the workshop feature and make own script that asks for the credentials. But if they have steam guard. You would need to make a way so probably really difficult. I would recommend getting arma. It’s like £20 if that. If I remember
