There are no game files installed on this server

Dedicated Server Client nor Admins can install new games on particular server.

 

Everything is working fine for the other servers though.

Under "Supported Games" have you enabled the "allow user installation" for each game?

Yes, all of them are enabled.

i solved this issue by updating the remote console software from

 

System Settings > Servers, then next to the remote server you have the issue with click the down arrow and choose software update.

 

you can check that the version before the update by clicking show version at the bottom of the window you navigated to.
