whenb i create an ftp account it makes its own password and not the one i type, egery time. Any ideas on why???

Where are you creating FTP accounts?

 

By default when you create a user/gameserver it automatically gives the user access to FTP into the files belonging to that user. The user name and password are set the the panel loign info.

in FTP accounts. I click new. And set it up that way. I type username and password. And it saves it. But it always changes the password.

Are you referring to the place holder that display in place of the password?

 

If so, then it changes the number of placeholders in that field for security reasons. It doe not change the password though.

well ofr example. I made an account.(this account does not exist). Username test password test. and when i tried to login it wouldn't let me.
