Master in high priority?

Recommended Posts

For a long time we have resorted to running the master monitor in windowed mode because we can change the priority to AboveNormal, but it's a pain to do this every time we stop the console or after updates etc. The service gives access is denied when you try to change priority. Furthermore the monitor sets itself to BelowNormal automatically after it's booted.

Is there a way to tweak the windows service or a shortcut so that our master runs at the priority we want? It's running on a dedicated box, on its loansome. The difference on loading times when the master is set to AboveNormal from BelowNormal is considerable so im quite anxious to make the service or console start at a higher priority.
