I'm confused, how do i integrate TCAdmin and Team Speak, is there a manual some ware!

There are instructions in the manual. You got the link in your welcome email.

 

In short, install a TEamspeak server anywhere (it does not have to be on the same box as TCAdmin). The goto System Settings Voice Server Settings and click "New Server" and fill in the required info.
