Remote server problem

Hi i installed a remote server in NYC and tried to connect it to the master server in DALLAS. I tried to make it install the game server through the master server. but it just doesnt work, tried local files, didnt work either. anybody can help me?

Could be any number of reasons. Remote incorrectly configured, firewall, ports blocked etc...

 

When you click the "test" button on the server details page does it test succesfully or does it fail to connect?

 

Your best option is to login to the billing system and submit a support ticket and have it looked at.

all ports are open well port 8888 is and it tested succesfully. but the servers dont show up in steam :S:S.

 

Ill submit a ticket right now and see whatsup thanks.

Well don't mistake a problem with the gameservers, If they are installing via TCAdmin and displaying a status in the panel then you may want to look at firewall and/or game settings.
