ECF Posted June 23, 2005 Share Posted June 23, 2005 Seems that EA has botch another one. We have numerous reports that the new BF2 servers have bugs. I have listed them below: 1. Server does not show in the list, and players cannot connect to it directly. This seems to be very common. Here are a couple things to try. In the serversettings.con file located in the settings directory make sure you have sv_internet set to 1. If you don't the server wont show up in the list. Also we have had reports that the sv_interface setting should be set to your servers IP. I have ours set and the server seems to show up fine and poeple can connect. Lastly make sure you have Punkbuster turned on. Set the sv_pb to 1. 2. Server crashes. Also many reports of these. It seems there is a script problem when servers change maps that dump everyone out.
