It would be impossible unless you have all the stages set up.

 

You cant just have the graphs without the other modules set up.

 

They are all self contained modules tht build up to creating the graph.

 

First of all you need the server monitoring abilities.

Then you need to record all the stats

Then you can construct the graph based on the stats.
