Won't send the "New Teamspeak Server Email"

I can't seam to get the tcadmin system to send out the "New Teamspeak Server Email". I have tryed setting the "tcadmin_skip_setup_page" variable in modernbill to 1 and 0, both don't produce a result. How do i go about sending out this email to the client so that he will have his teamspeak server information. Thanks for your help.

 

Running tcadmin on a Windows 2003 server.

Have you verified that the new teamspeak email template is filled in?

 

System Settings > Game Server Automation

 

And have you also checked to make sure your email server settings are correct, and that the test works?
