I currently have an owned 1 Master & 1 Remote licenses with you.

However the situation i was hoping for has not taken off, and have never installed it

 

Now im looking at selling my licenses, Id just like to know is this against your TOS ? (without scanning through it myself )

Licenses cannot be sold or transferred as per our software license policy.

Well understating of the right to own something i don't actually own it, its that what you are telling me.

 

So don't i own the licenses i bought they are still the property of Balance Servers.

You own the licensing to run the software for your company for as long as you like. But you cannot sell or transfer the license to someone else.
