Deleted server/service will not release the IP and port

Hi,

 

Due to database corruption after installing the latest TCAdmin update I had to reinstall a CS:S server as it would not come back up.

 

Console logs were showing a database error 23000.

 

I tried reinstalling over top of the existing server and restarting - no joy.

 

I then deleted the specific game server through the panel and then tried to reinstall - no joy.

 

I then deleted the new server/service through the panel and looked in the game install directory and the directory created by TCAdmin when the service was created was still there, so I deleted it through the remote desktop connection.

 

I then tried to reinstall the game server again, and could not use the same IP and port.

 

I would like to be able to use the same ip and port as the original install.

 

How can this be achieved?

 

Could this be fixed in the next patch?
