Auto install port prob - COD2

OK - I'm sure this is a noobish question, but here goes. I have 2 COD servers already up, which I have added manually to TCAdmin. When I attempt to auto add a new COD2 gameserver I get an error - port not available on this server:|: Any help would be apreciated (I am used to adding MOH:AA servers, and don't get any such issues).

Do you have a check mark in the "Only Use Default Ports" box? If you do and don't have the default port (28960) available it would give you that error.

I have COD servers running on 28960 &28961...I have tried with default ticked & unticked. I have left use default ports & havetried specifying 28962.

Do a netstat -ano on the server and see what exactly is open for ports.

 

 

Also try bumping the port up to say 28965 and see if you get the same message. If not then something else is using the 28962 port.
