Stealth
Someone copy/pastes parts of your website to their own http://www.warcore.co.uk/v2 check the links for the game servers at the site ... and used the name "clanpanel" which i hope he changes soon, because it's half way through being trademarked to me :S Webhosting table seems ripped from another company and the pricing link under "features" on the front page points to invision gaming! tut tut, methinks! Defcon|Rich
I could give you a dozen examples of folks that rip or have ripped our material.. I'm afraid it's the nature of the business. I don't pay it much attention since most of these people don't stay around very long.

Every trademark that has been applied for, and the status of the process would be listed at the uspto.gov link above. It takes approx 6 months to over a year + to get from applied (serial number) to registered status (registeration number).
ECF
Doesn't the UK have it's own trademark association?
JasonF
Ministry of Trademarks? J/K, I have no idea. Had a flash back to the Ministry of Silly Walks skit from Monty Pythons.
ECF
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/tm.htm Not sure if they are linked to the US trademark office though....? Which may be why you can't find the application?
Stealth
Trademarks have to be licensed in each country or you can do a european group application or a world application, obviously the more countries you want the more it costs. What i mean by half way through is we've done the paperwork (online ... of course) and waiting for it to be published in journals for opposition etc.
