Todd Holley
Using the smtp server on my box. I have found it impossible to send any form of an email to most of my users with comcast email accounts. Any ideas?
ECF
You should really use a real mailserver program like smartermail, mailenable etc...
scso1502
Did you every get this resolved? I know that Comcast now blocks port 25, which is the default email port used by many companies. As far as I know, TCAdmin must use that port to send on so you would need a host that still allows it's use. It would be nice to see the TCAdmin software updated to allow an email port selection since so many companies are going away from port 26. Take Care... leetservers
The port you send email out on has nothing to do will them not getting email. Take Care...
ECF
Comcast blocks outbound port 25 so people do not try to setup email servers on their home connection. That would have nothing to do with receiving emails to a comcast mail account.
