JasonF
I was unable to log into TCAdmin under my admin account and it was giving me the error "Unable to connect to the master server" The web and master server are on the same dedicated server. I logged into Remote Desktop and stopped then started the TCAdmin monitor but this did not fix it. After rebooting the entire dedicated server it resolved the issue. Any solutions other than rebooting the entire server? I did not think this was worth a trouble ticket since it is currently fixed, just want to know what to do for a future occurence. adamnp
Do you use the Microsoft Access database? or an SQL database? Possible the database was down if you answer SQL.. ?
ECF
Most likely MYsql stopped working or had an issue.

ECF
Check you log files on the master for any errors or oddities. File is called Monitor.txt located in the TCAdmin/logs folder.
