ECF
It seems another panel has decided to copy whatever we do, so from this point forward, we will not be posting what we are up to here in the public forums. Rather we will be creating a user mailing list of the paying clients we have. While they will still copy us due to their own inability to think of quality features such as ours, at least it will leave them playing catch-up once we release new versions. Will will be emailing all current clients once we have it in place. I can tell you however the beta of the backup and restore system will be released tonight I think according to LFA. One click backup and one click restore of ALL servers, files, configs and service information. You can even restore to a new server if your hardware happens to fail. Copy that! DougK94
Only problem with the paid only area is there may be info there that a trial user made find very beneficial too tho. But I do like the idea of it

The features this competitor is trying to release are an exact copy of what we just released. So we will simply leave them scrambling to try to match our new features, once we release them. I personally would like to keep all information openly availible, but looking at the business end of things, we need to start protecting our interests. While I don't see this other company as a huge threat due to the fact we have converted at least 10 of their clients over in the past month. But again, as a company we must protect what we have

Game-Zero
well nice idea, but if they like TCA's ideas that much im sure they would pay 15 bucks a month and get access to everything, Why dont you patent your technology / copyright it all, if you get proper copyrite info and so on you could take them to court and shit on them. Greatlake
anyone can copy the features but the main thing you guys going is suport and thought of it first as i see the other guys i was with before i found this outstanding panel are now trying to do what u guys did from the start. But i bet their support still isn't there they take your money and say figure it out yourself TCA all the way

Which is fine, if they want to copy what we are doing. But as far as future updates and ideas, we will keep those under wraps until we are just about to release the beta. That will at least keep them playing catch-up.
ECF
Well since the others decided to copy us (even if they haven't finshed yet ) I figured I will all let you know of a sweet little update coming within a week or so. We will continue to stay on top with the most features, and the best support LFA is hard at work on it right now and he sent me some screenshots tonight. Trust me when I say you will all love it. It will make your lives much easier. And NO it isn't automated ordering/setup We are still in the planning stages on that feature.

Game-Zero
Well I seriously suggest you patent and copyright you works, then report there site to the BBB for copyright infringement, hire a half decent lawyer and they wont have any chance of defending themselves. Microsoft have been sued many times for copyright infringement (amongst other things) and nearly always microsoft has lost paying out hundreds of millions. We just think its in our best interest to keep new features under wraps until we finish them. If these people wish to copy us, that is their choice. but they will allways end up in second place behind us since they can't create features on their own. We have a feature list about a mile long suggested by clients. And we will be adding some great stuff in the upcoming months
ECF
Next update is due out shortly. It will be BETA only, so please take this into consideration before updating. Internal testing has yielded no issues with it. But PLEASE make sure you understand it is a beta
